Food For All coordinates meal distribution to families across Qatar. They ran the whole operation by hand: spreadsheets for recipients, phone calls to assign volunteers, and no real view of what was happening on the ground.

I built them a full-stack platform to run it properly. At the centre is a relational database I modelled from scratch: recipients, volunteers, drives, bags and assignments, all linked so the system can route the right volunteer to the right area and log every delivery in real time.

On top sits an analytics dashboard: bags per area, nationalities served, volunteers per drive, and live drive status. PL/SQL business logic automates the assignment and reconciliation that used to be manual.

Oracle Qatar invited me to present the project at an APEX keynote, in front of a room of developers and partners.
